Virgin Olive oil

Can be seen as an alternative option to the Extra Olive oil as the taste is not as strong as Extra Olive Oil.  The Riviera Olive oil is produces from Ayvalik olives and contains 20% Extra Olive Oil and % 80 Refined Olive Oil.  Riviera Olive Oil has a less than 1.5% mono-saturated fatty acid, again can be used in salads or for cooking purposes.  The Riviera Olive Oil was first produced in Turkey by Kristal Olive oil.  Arnika Foods have joined together with Kristal Olive Oil in order to provide this health choice.
